Thank you to Mr. Baba Williams and Drums Et. Al for a very moving and inspirational presentation and workshop on February 20th. All students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 felt a great appreciation of the contributions of African Canadian Heroes past and present and were moved with several heart-filled performances throughout the day.
On Tuesday, February 28th, our ABC Team (Anti-Bullying Committee) will join students from across the world in taking a stand against bullying. The ABC team has also participated in the Vaughan Mills Pink Shirt Day Contest. The students were asked to decorate a PINK shirt to show their commitment to stand up against bullying.
